The court was informed that a 72-year-old man allegedly took the drug and raped an 88-year-old man to take various sexual acts and sent a videotape to the 88-year-old boss.
According to the Daily Telegraph, both were members and former friends of the Chinese community in West Sydney. However, when Wen Taihe (Tai Ho Wan, a 72-year-old man living in Banktown, released a edited video to "prove" that the 88-year-old was homosexual love, he was sent to prison.
For legal reasons, the unnamed 88-year-old man told the police that he could not remember that he had sexual behavior.
According to evidence obtained by the Downing Centre District Court at the hearing, investigators believe that since the 88-year-old man played a largely passive role in the make love video, he was drugged and rape.
But, Mr. Wen said, the 80-something man was willing. The 88-year-old was prepared to send his former friend to prison in case their relationship was exposed in the conservative Chinese community.
The court learned that Mr. Wen and the 88-year-old man met on a trip to (Blue Mountains) in Blue Mountain in 2013, and that they went on vacation in Nelson Bay together.
Their friendship ended in 2015, when Mr. Wen sent a edited make love video to the 88-year-old man`s employer.
The employer reported the incident to the police, and the 88-year-old told agents he did not remember being part of the make love video shoot.
The victim told the police that he had visited Mr. Wen to look at documents related to a local church, but after drinking a cup of coffee for him by the 72-year-old, he could not remember what happened next.
The jury found Mr. Wen guilty of 13 counts of rape and indecent assault on the 88-year-old.
But the jury ruled that Mr Wen`s charge of drugging the 88-year-old was not valid.
When reporters contacted Mr. Wen`s lawyer, Magistine (Maggie Sten), she said that given the allegation in the case against her client that the 88-year-old man had been drugged by rape, So the jury`s conclusion may be the grounds for their appeal.
Judge Clive Jeffrey (Clive Jeffreys) began sentencing Mr. Wen on Thursday.
The 88-year-old denied having a relationship, Royal Prosecutor Fiona Gray (Fiona Gray) told court.
She also told court that Mr. Wen had removed himself from DVD and admitted that if the 88-year-old denied that they were in love, he would use the video as evidence.
It is reported that the court will pronounce the results on August 30.
