(Xinhua reporter Xin Yu, Enyo reported) at about 09:52 today, Gao Yunxiang was suspected of having again appeared in (Sydney Central Local Court), Sydney Central District Court, in connection with the sexual invasion case, and both sides of the prosecution and defense needed to collect more evidence and reconsider the charges. Therefore, the application to court to adjourn the trial until September 20, the entire court lasted only about 4 minutes. Gao Yunxiang himself went to court to answer the inquiry, but did not see his wife Dong Xuan accompanied on the side.

Around 9: 00, reporters came to Sydney`s Central District Court in (Liverpool St), Liverpool Street, where some Chinese and English media gathered, but Gao Yunxiang did not show up. It was not until around 09:40 that Gao Yunxiang, accompanied by three men, appeared outside the court, dressed in a black, grayish-colored coat, and his black shoes were spotless. At about 09:52, the previous case was completed, Gao Yunxiang and Wang Jing both cases entered the court procedure at the same time. Bail was not granted, and Wang Jing, still in custody, did not appear in court and did not answer via video connection. In court, Gao Yunxiang`s lawyer said he would like to apply for the subpoena of prosecution witnesses in order to determine whether there is enough evidence to bring the case to trial during the next pre-trial. Prosecution representatives said the prosecution is currently reviewing the case and carefully considering the charges against defendant. At this stage, most of the evidence has been brought before the courts.

In the early hours of March 27, Gao Yunxiang was detained by local police on suspicion of carrying out sexual invasion, on a Chinese woman at Hotel Shangri La Santa Monica in Sydney.

After the first bail application was rejected, the lawyer team adjusted the tactics. In addition to providing a guarantee of up to A$3 million, Gao Yunxiang ` s wife, Dong Wei, her daughter and her mother jointly attended the second bail application and played a "family card". In the end, the judge approved Gao Yunxiang ` s bail application, but the conditions were very strict. Another man in the case, Wang Jing, applied for bail and was refused.

Gao is currently living with his family in (Chatswood) `s home in Sydney`s Chinese district, wearing electronic leg irons and reporting his whereabouts to local police twice a day.
