In court, Gao Yunxiang`s lawyer said he would like to apply for the subpoena of prosecution witnesses in order to determine whether there is enough evidence to bring the case to trial during the next pre-trial. Gao is currently living with his family in (Chatswood) `s home in Sydney`s Chinese district, wearing electronic leg irons and reporting his whereabouts to local police twice a day.
