Sskynews: expects Prime Minister Turnbull to substantially modify his policies in order to preserve his throne

Prime Minister Turnbull will make major changes to the national energy security policy and other policies, the Daily Telegraph reported.

He will increase his policy to limit the rise in energy prices.

He will also abandon the continuing corporate tax cuts he has advocated.

The Daily Telegraph reports that Prime Minister and Finance Minister Morrison will hold a cabinet meeting and dinner at the Prime Minister`s Office tonight.

The two will keep cabinet members informed of policy changes and win the support of cabinet members.

Mr Turnbull`s revised policy is intended to appease recent discontent among back-row lawmakers.

He will also promise that lawmakers will have a new government policy by January promising voters that the government`s policies will result in cheaper electricity tariffs.

Several coalition MPs in marginal constituencies told the Daily Telegraph that they would have no chance of winning the next election if the government asked them to promote corporate tax cuts in the next general election.

A Daily Telegraph poll also showed that 61 percent of voters across the country disapprove of letting the Senate pass the cuts to the corporate tax code.

A survey conducted by the Australian Academy also found that even supporters of the Union supported the cuts in corporate tax laws by only 45% of voters.
