For many new-state residents, their 50-year-old governor, Gladys Berejiklian, has always been successful and decent, as if there were no personal lives outside public life and no marriage.
Today, however, a explosion message emerged from the hearings of the New State Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), in which Berry Giklian and the respondents —— former government councillor McGuire (Daryl Maguire) had "private" contacts and, less than a month ago, private conversations between the two were also revealed today.
Still, at a news conference this afternoon, Berry Giklian said there was a problem with councillor having an affair with their staff, but there was nothing wrong with relationship between councillor.
Earlier today, Berry Guillain admitted that Maguire had told her about her business interests and felt that McGuire had properly declared business interests.
Maquil, a former Wagga Wagga copuncillor, was accused of using his public office and parliament resources to profit improperly for himself or G8way International, a company that was alleged to have "substantial control" of maquil.
Earlier, Marquille was under ICAC investigation for another incident. The hearings hearing at the time learned that Marquil had sought compensation to help real estate developers dealmaking. As a result of the investigation, Maguire was forced to resign from government Berridge in 2018.
Berry giklian testified in ICAC monday through video equipment. She said she had "personal feelings" for Marquille. Both worked together for 15 years, but private relationship began in 2015. Because she is a very private person, the relationship of the two has been kept secret.

"I would imply that I was not interested, or that I thought what he had told me was whimsical. He is a talkative man. "
"Most of the time, a lot of what he said I thought was utopian, or something I didn't want to be involved in or interested in was ignored. "
Berry giklian also said that despite the relationship, between the two, she did not gain personal benefit from marquee's financial situation because she was an "independent woman" with her own assets.
Last week, the ICAC hearings heard that Marquille had sent an e-mail address to Waterhouse (Louise Waterhouse), a land owner in West Sydney, to help Waterhouse lobby for land planning changes in her favor.
The ICAC heard that Marquille, when giving her e-mail address to Waterhouse, suggested that Barry Gillen, the governor, could help "from top to bottom ", but Waterhouse said that Berry Gillen had never replied.
