According to 9 News, when the police checked drunk driving, they found an old driver who had been banned for a thousand years, and his driver`s license had been revoked for a whole thousand years. You won`t be able to drive again until December 3001!

Earlier this month, when police were checking out drunk driving in Campbelltown, southwest Sydney, they happened to find a 62-year-old man, Davie..

There was nothing wrong with the alcohol test, but when the police asked Davie to show his driver`s license, he couldn`t provide a valid license. Police later found out that he was holding a Western Australian driver`s license, but it expired in 1983.

Further investigation found that Davie`s driver`s license was revoked in March 1988 to 3001!

Yes, you`re right. It`s 300 years.

What does that mean? In other words, when he was 1046 years old, Davie couldn`t get his driver`s license back.

If it was just a normal alcohol test and driving without a license, it wouldn`t be so eye-catching, but being "banned for a thousand years" makes a lot of people wonder what went wrong with Davie. To be punished so much.

Then nine reporters found Davie, and he was surprised that someone would be interested in his story.

Reporter: "Why did you lose your license until 3001?"

Davie: "accumulated points over and over again," Davie told reporters that he had never had any traffic accidents. He insisted that he was a victim of Western Australia`s compulsory criminal law, and that after three drunk driving, he was revoked.

The reporter went on to ask, "so you`ve been driving without a license for 30 years until you get caught?" Davie explained. "that`s what I did." The reporter doubted, "so you got caught only once?"

"Yes!" "that`s too bad for you," the reporter continued. "very bad luck."

So next month`s hapless Davie will go to court to get a new penalty.

But now he has no deductions, I don`t know if the "Millennium No driving" deadline will add a few years. After reading this report, dare you drink and drive? Be careful not to drive for a thousand years, and you`ll never get a chance to drive again.
