In October, refugee filed a lawsuit in the Federal Court of Australia against MP Dutton's eligibility for a humanitarian visa in Australia, which was cancelled by minister Dutton (Peter Dutton) in his home affairs. If the man wins, more than 1600 criminals, such as the motorbike party and child rape, who were deported from Dutton, will be allowed to return to Australia.

According to the Daily Mail, the pseudonym FQM18 refugee had been cancelled for moral reasons by Duden's humanitarian visa. The man has challenged whether Dutton is eligible to serve as a member of Parliament as required by Australia's constitution. The case is likely to affect thousands of deportation decisions made by Unionparty government since taking office in 2013.

Between July 2013 and December 2017, visas were cancelled for 3394 people, nearly half of whom were sent by Dunn. As a senior minister in control of Australian border security, Dutton deported more than 1600 criminals under section 501 of the Immigration Act, (Migration Act), under section 501 of the Immigration Act, under which any dual-nationality person sentenced to 12 months or more would be deported.

It is understood that the special global humanitarian visa for refugee, alias FQM18, was cancelled after he was sentenced to more than one year in prison for a crime in July 2016. The man sued Duten for refusing to withdraw his visa in February 2018 and challenged his qualifications as a member of Parliament, arguing that there was an interest in conflict in a Brisbane childcare centre, which received federal government funding, and that he was a member of Parliament, Or in violation of section 44 of Australia's < constitution >.

The refugee also said that article 64 of the constitution stipulates that the Cabinet minister must be a member of Parliament, either on the basis of Dutton or not qualified to serve in Parliament as required by the constitution, and therefore its minister decision does not have the effect of law. The refugee also claimed, through its lawer, that the decision to revoke his visa should be delayed until the Supreme Court decides whether it is eligible to remain in Parliament.

In response, Unionparty government said that only Parliament is eligible to be referred to the court on the eligibility of members of the Dutton. However, Mosuisse (Scott Morrison) government has lost a majority in the House of Commons, meaning neutral lawmakers, including the newly elected Phelps (Kerryn Phelps), may support Labour's motion to refer Mr Dutton's eligibility to the Supreme Court.

Once the refugee wins, more than 1600 criminals, including New Zealand street violator Malaku (Caleb Maraku) and Irish paedophile pastor Egan (Finian Egan), will return to Australia in accordance with the law.
