According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Australia`s two most populous states, New and Victoria, the government warned that a major reform of the (GST), the goods and services tax being considered by the Federal Cabinet, would cost the two states A $2 billion in revenue.

On Monday, Victoria`s finance director, Palas (Tim Pallas), the new state`s finance director, Peyrot (Dominic Perrottet), travelled to Canberra to secure a larger share of the $66 billion in goods and services tax funds.

Mr Palas criticised Mr (Malcolm Turnbull) government for "treating" Victorians, reforming or costing the state A $1.6 billion. Mr Peyrot earlier said the new state would lose 0.7 percent to A $ four hundred and fifty million nine hundred and ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine, or A $ four hundred and fifty million nine hundred and ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine, next year, hit by a "perverse, unfair commodity-services tax model."

"the state`s economic growth, job growth and population growth continue to exceed those of other states, but are punished for overtaking other states," Palas said Monday night before attending a meeting with Peyrot at the Economic Development Council`s (Committee for Economic Development). An A $1 billion grant will fund 8700 nurses, 70 new primary schools, 30 new high schools, 9300 teachers or 7700 police officers, according to an analysis by the Department of Finance and Finance.

Peyrot said the new state has been calling for a per capita funding model. "the new state worked hard to implement difficult reform decisions and was punished for its current model," he said.

Treasury Secretary Credit Mosuisse (Scott Morrison) confirmed that it would submit a response to a comprehensive review of the goods and services tax by the Productivity Council (Productivity Commission) within this month.

State governments are concerned that, under the redistribution, the state and state of new state will bear the brunt of the shortage of other areas. In addition, $1 a million in the Western-Australian dollar last year recovered only 34 Australian points, and the voters were upset.

In order to make up for the shortage of Western Australia, Kunzhou and other states will have financial losses. The GST allocation for Kunzhou and Tazhou is more likely to be impacted in the redistribution than the funds they have submitted. In the light of the reforms, Western Australia will receive a $3.2 billion, which will be borne by other states.
