According to Realestate, a waterfront property at, Gold Coast Brode Beach, (Broadbeach Waters), attracted the attention of many buyers across Australia when it went on sale four months ago. However, its selling point is a little surprising.

It is reported that the four-bedroom house is located in (Sunshine Boulevard). Sunshine Avenue. Its location is very convenient to call Uber (Uber) service or delivery platform Uber Eats meal delivery. The convenience attracted a family from New Zealand who eventually bought the property for A $2.22 million. The sale price broke the record for prices on the street. In 2010, A $1.9 million was sold at 46, the same street.

Wilcox (Jesse Willcox), an agent in charge of the sale, said buyers wanted to make sure they lived near the best takeout restaurants on the coast. No restaurant, they think, would be more comfortable than their own lounge.
