A 19-story development project for an apartment complex in the centre of (Cabramatta), Sydney Kabamata, was overrated by the Ferfi City Council (Fairfield City Council).

According to the Daily Telegraph, property developer Moon Investments plans to develop an apartment complex at the intersection of (Broomfield Street) on Bloomfield Street and (Cabramatta Road East) East on Kabamata Road in Sydney, with a total of 582 apartments to be built on the 19th floor. And set up retail business space.

However, at a recent meeting of the Feifei City Council, nine lawmakers unanimously voted in favour of limiting the height of the apartment building to 15 floors.

The development has now been approved by the Feifei City Council and will be submitted to the new state of government for approval.

It is reported that the project covers an area of 12847 square meters, it is not clear how the height limit will affect the number of planned apartments.

The new state of government will now evaluate the project plan before it is publicly available to the public. At that time, the public can submit relevant views.
