According to real estate website Realestate, three years after the murder of Chen Pei-wen, a Chinese-born woman in Perth, the murder house was put on sale a few days ago.

In 2016, Chen Peiwen, 58, was beaten to death at home by Singapore`s ex-husband, Wan Yaping (Ah Ping Ban, before being stuffed into his suitcase and dumped in the Perth Swan River (Swan River).

Martilin (Richard Mathlin), a sales agency for (Knight Frank) in Perth Knight Square, said he was having a frank conversation with prospective buyers about the house`s past. This sale has attracted a lot of attention.

The home, owned by Chen Peiwen at 10 (Mosman Park) Missmeeves (Meath Mews) in Perth Morse Park, is expected to sell for more than A $850000, Martilin said. The separate sale price of real estate, a similar block in Moshwen Park, is only A $550000 to A $600000.

The two-story house, made of yellowish brick, was built in 1997 on a total area of 431 square meters and was marketed as a "dream place."

There are four bedrooms on the second floor of the house and a study downstairs (can also be used as the fifth bedroom). In addition, it has two bathrooms, a makeup room, as well as a living room and leisure area.

Matilin said the house had remained as it was and had not been refurbished. "for those who don`t mind the house in the past and are willing to give birth to its freshmen and do some renovation work, this is the right person to meet the right house."

It is reported that on July 2, 2016, the half-naked body of Chen Peiwen, the owner of the house, was found by fishermen in the Swan River, hidden in a suitcase on the floating river. The results of the postmortem examination showed that her face had been hit 25 times by a blunt instrument and her skull was broken. For the next two months, the identity of the deceased remained a mystery until Wan Yiting reported to the police that her mother was missing before there was a breakthrough in the case. To cover up her father`s crimes, Wan Yi-ting lied about the last time she saw her mother when she left home in a car driven by an Asian man.

Last year, Mr. Chen`s ex-husband, Wan Yipping, was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment for at least 20 years. He has appealed against the sentence.

Their daughter, Wan Yiting (Tiffany Yiting Wan, was convicted as an accessory to the crime and sentenced to four years and 10 months for helping his father cover up murder`s crime, and could be released on parole as early as July.

The 27-year-old Ms. Wan Yiting, once released, may be "a rich source of money" due to the mother`s rehousing, the earlier news of today`s Western Australia. One of the trust funds of Mr. Chen is a property asset worth millions of Australian dollars, and her daughter, Wan Yingting, is designated one of the beneficiaries of the fund. Mr. Chen has not made a will, and Haynes Leeuwin lawer is appointed as the administrator of his estate.

"there are different types of buyers who have shown interest in the flat. Some people may want to buy it and demolish it and build a new house in the neighborhood," Matilin said, but others who already know about the house have become interested. They are happy to buy the house and do some renovation, or maintain it as it is.

Matilin said he hoped to get the best price for the house on the market, given the results of sales in the region.

It is understood that interested buyers must make an appointment if they want to see the house. The deadline for the offer is July 8.
