As people indulge in the excitement of the World Cup, Australian campuses create one of the darkest moments in football, sparking a "blood war" over racism.

A black classmate was racially discriminated against in the race and then violently attacked. In the face of this horror, the victim said in an interview, "although I really want to continue to participate in the game, but I am afraid!"

When the World Cup was in full swing, Australian private schools Geelong College and Haileybury College also took the opportunity to host a football match on Saturday, not expecting pure football to become a racially racist force of violence.

Geelong College`s 17-year-old footballer, Ngor Aker, was one of the victims. In the first 18 seconds of the game, he was discriminated against by one of the players` racial language.

He recalled painfully: "A guy suddenly turned to me and said, `Watch out, there`s a shadow behind you.` I came up to him and said,`Oh, are you trying to be a racist?`" He replied directly,`I am, what can you do?`"

Ngor Aker gave him an angry push! Yet the startling scene was unfolding.

The player attacked Ngor Aker violently in a twinkling of an eye, knocked him to the ground and broke his jaw and lost five front teeth, bleeding more than once!

Ngor Aker was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment, and it was understood that the doctor needed to sew up his gums and lips.

Shocked the crowd and triggered a strong reaction

Parents and workers who watched the game said they were shocked by what had happened. One man said: "it is incomprehensible not to expect such a thing to happen in the student movement."

Another witness next to him also expressed surprise: "I was shocked to see the player fall to the ground and the blood was pouring out of his mouth. I didn`t expect such a scene to happen on the football field."

More parents say angrily, this is more like a very serious traffic accident!

The Australian Civil Rights Organisation issued a statement saying it was outraged by racial discrimination-driven violence among teenagers.

Dvir Abramovich, chairman of the Anti-Defamation Commission, also said: "Discrimination still exists and is powerful in schools and we must combat it."

To bring pain and confusion to the victims?

It is understood that in response to this incident, the two schools involved in the incident are still under investigation! Whatever the end result, the physical and mental trauma to the victim is indelible.

The 17-year-old, who was forced to flee his country Sudan 14 years ago by war with his family, thought it would be possible to make a fresh start to heaven on earth, but suffered racial discrimination.

Ngor said it led him to question future developments in Australia.

"I`d love to go back to playing football, but I`m really afraid it`s going to happen again."

At the same time, Ngor`s mother, Chagai Gum Malong, said it made her feel sad.

"No one should be discriminated against on the basis of natural factors such as colour, race or so on!"

In the face of racial discrimination, what should students do?

Although Australia is an open immigrant country and an inclusive country of different races and cultures, racial discrimination still exists.

Perhaps because of the existence of the Anti-Discrimination Act, many adults, in addition to extreme ethnic elements, will be explicitly expressed, ordinary people are not easy to express.

But children don`t have so many rules to bring adult discrimination to school. Minority students are easy targets for bullying on campus.

So, if a child is faced with racial discrimination, what can be done to effectively solve it?

Calm your mind and seek help from your teache

Don`t worry too much about the language provocation or undercurrent of very few students. Learn to communicate peacefully. If you can`t solve it, turn to your teacher. Never swallow your breath. Believe that most of the teachers and students are on your side.

At the same time to ensure the safety of the person, maintain legal rights according to law

If you are subjected to serious language attacks or even violence outside school, you must avoid positive conflicts, and you must know that safety is the most important thing for you to study abroad. In the face of this situation, we should directly choose to call the police, to safeguard their rights and interests.

Don`t do to others what you don`t want others to do to you

When we study abroad, we should also pay attention to our own words and deeds, do not make fun of other people`s ethnic customs and so on, reduce unnecessary trouble and conflict.

If you have a better response or approach, share it with you and save more students from racial discrimination.
