In the video, a woman insults a mother-and-son Asian-looking mother and son, followed by two other good-hearted passengers who can't stand in front of their eyes.
The cause seemed to be that the abusive woman thought the boy had not paid his ticket.

Two passengers, Jenny Starr and Clive Starr, intervened unbearably, telling the abusive women that "you are a shame" and "enough, stop."
The couple told Nine that they had taken care of the cursed mother and son after the event to make sure they were all right.
South Australia's Governor Jay Weatherill criticized the racist remarks and said: "this is not us, it doesn't mean who we really are."
