Six hundred thousand sample forms of same-sex marriage surveys have been mailed today and the remaining questionnaires will be sent by October 27.

Six hundred thousand sample forms of same-sex marriage surveys have been mailed today and the remaining questionnaires will be sent by October 27.

There is only one question on the questionnaire: should laws be changed to allow same-sex couples to marry? The answer is one is Yes, one is No.. There is an anti-counterfeiting code at the bottom of each questionnaire.

After completing the questionnaire, place it in an accompanying receipt envelope (no stamp required) and send it to the Bureau of Statistics no later than Nov. 7.

The survey was not a mandatory vote and would not be fined if it did not take part.

The envelope looks like this.

The findings will be released on Nov. 17.

If the majority opposes, the government will not discuss the issue in the near future.

If the majority agrees, the government will be free to vote, not limited to the views of its parties.

So who`s against it and who`s endorsing it?

The current prime minister agreed, saying both he and his wife would vote favourably.

The leader of the opposition party said he strongly agreed.

The Green Party says it agrees with 200 per cent.

Former Prime Minister Howard said he was against it.

Senator Hansen, a far-right party senator, says he opposes it.

The far-right white group says no.

Judging from the above results, the more politically left the people, the more agreeable. The more politically right-winged people are, the more opposed they are.

So how much do you agree with? Or are there too many objections? According to a new poll published today by the SMH, 70% of Australian voters support the legalization of same-sex marriage. However, this does not represent the Chinese community, turning over the forum, the majority of people opposed.

According to the editor, opponents will have 1000 reasons to oppose, and those who support will have 1000 reasons to support. So whatever the reason is, it`s secondary. It is important that so many developed countries in the world have passed same-sex marriage laws, and for Australia, a country caught between the West and Asia, it is sooner or later to pass. The moral concept of this world has been changing, the trend of history is unstoppable, so we can wait for the results.
