(reporter Xin Zizi reported) only 90 seconds, the hall is over again. Chinese actor Gao Yunxiang`s sexual invasion case was heard again in Sydney District Court this morning. But as last time, the court ended in just over a minute, and the defence`s application for an extension and search for medical records was granted, and the next hearing is scheduled for July 19. At the same time, Gao Yunxiang is still not allowed to be released on bail, which means he will continue to stay in Sydney prison.

At 9 am today, the reporter came to the District Court in downtown Sydney. As Gao Yunxiang`s studio had previously told the media that Gao Yunxiang and Wang Jing did not need to appear in court on that day, Dong Xuan would not appear, so there was a slight drop in interest. However, there are still many Chinese media and community people gathered outside the court, ready to seize spectator seats.

At about 9.35 minutes, a suit-clad lawyer team of defendant appeared in court. At about 9.45 minutes, the case began to appear, and Gao Yunxiang and Wang Jing did not appear in court by video throughout the course. The team asked court for a four-week recess to look for medical records, and both prosecutors and judges agreed to the request. At the same time, the prosecution filed with court that the evidence found by the defence must be submitted to the prosecution and court by July 5 and reopened on July 19.

Another concern in the case is whether Gao Yunxiang will be released on bail. Although the judge said in court yesterday that bail was still upheld, the court`s public information showed that Gao Yunxiang`s lawyer had applied for bail again and that he would be released on bail at the (Supreme Court of New South Wales) of the New State Supreme Court on June 18, first instance of (Callover Bail), On 28 June, a bail hearing will be held on (Bail Hearing).

Gao Yunxiang incident has been exposed since several trials. The last hearing was held on April 10, followed by an extension of the May hearing to June 7. Journalist learned that the maximum penalty under the new state`s law, sexual invasion is 14 years` imprisonment, with a maximum penalty of 20 years or life imprisonment in the case of severe sexual invasion or in association with a serious sexual invasion,.

According to legal sources, Australia`s sexual invasion trial can take up to 18 months, and the final outcome of the Gao Yunxiang case may still have to wait a long time.
