Home-made sweet wine, this method produces more wine, and sweet wine brewed two ways to eat, with onion cruller, delicious breakfast 10 minutes done.
Sweet wine is almost my home-made food, I have used many methods, but this is what I have been using, because it is the most convenient to use, and more wine.
Steps:
1. soak 600g glutinous rice for at least 8 hours and steam over high heat for 30 minutes

Brewing time:
10-15 degrees :7 days
15-25 degrees :5 days
30 degrees or so :3 days
Wine water laying eggs:
Boil the water, beat into the egg, add appropriate amount of sugar, water behind the lid, simmer 2 minutes from the fire.
Wine Garden:
1.150g glutinous rice flour 100g warm water, and noodles into a ball, and then divided into small garden.
2. boil the water, put the garden in and boil it again.
