I do not know whether the "joke hand" is an inherent attribute of the Australian Prime Minister, but at least from the former Prime Minister Albert to the current Prime Minister Tan Po, every now and then, because some of the "embarrassing things" in life have made headlines in the Australian media, Again by the Australian people "group mockery" a bit.

This is not, this afternoon, Australian Prime Minister Tam Po, once again "by the headlines".

The Guardian: "Tan Po fined A $250 for not wearing a lifejacket in Sydney Port"

Herald Sun: "Prime Minister Tan Po is in trouble because he doesn`t wear a lifejacket."

It feels like the Australian media`s dislike of the president has been shown on the screen.

What`s going on here?

It turns out that things have to start on Wednesday. That afternoon, Tan Bao rowed alone in the waters near his private residence in Point Piper to relax.

Originally, after a year of hard work, it was time for the prime minister to have a rest; however, the nearby patrolmen just glanced at it and found that the prime minister on board was not wearing a lifejacket!

This is awesome! The patrolmen quickly sounded the whistle and, while the Prime Minister was still unknown, seized him from the ship and returned to shore.

The prime minister also expressed his grievance: "I only rowed 20 meters, do not need to be so serious."

However, knowing that the old man standing in front of him was the current Prime Minister of Australia, the police told him harshly:

According to the new state`s water transport law, he should wear a lifejacket "whenever" when he is on board a ship alone, though not in open waters.

After that, Angus Mitchell, a spokesman for the New State Road and Maritime Department, confirmed to the media that they would impose appropriate penalties on the Prime Minister:

"A $250 ticket will be handed over to the Prime Minister because he didn`t put on his lifejacket when he was kayaking this week."

Tan Bao also said to everyone that he was "wrong" and that he knew the importance of rowing in lifejackets:

"I will make sure that I always wear a lifejacket, no matter how close I am to the shore, as I often do in kayaks."

"although I think the rule is` mechanical`. But they do keep us safe, and we must abide by them. " He wrote a review book on Facebook.

As the following comments say, the new state maritime department`s move is to use money to remind everyone to abide by the rules, and some say they do not want former Prime Minister Harold Holt (who went swimming 45 years ago) to disappear. The tragedy of presumed death is repeated (Ref: 50 years ago, the Prime Minister of Australia suddenly disappeared without bones! Kidnapping? espionage? Alien hijacking? The cause of death of the head of a country has become a mystery to this day, and the outstanding case has not been solved.

As the saying goes, the emperor is guilty of the same crime as the common people, but Tan Bao may really be Australia`s first prime minister to be "punished and admonished" for breaching the rules.

But while the Australian people are either teasing or loathing about the prime minister`s failure to comply with the water safety laws, they also prove one thing from the side: the Australian people believe that as a public figure, Mr Tan should "set a good example".

I don`t know if it`s intentional or unintentional,

Under Sydney Morning Herald news that Prime Minister Thabo was arrested and fined for not wearing a lifejacket, three men on board a boat near Cape Solander, north of Sydney, fell dead and two injured after not wearing a lifejacket on a boat.

According to the news, one of the three men who went to sea was a father and son, among whom the 73-year-old father drowned after he fell into the water and did not wear a lifejacket, although his 47-year-old son and another 61-year-old friend went to the rescue. But by the time my father was sent to CPR, he had long been unable to return to the sky.

So, also can not blame Australian media "many things", after all, the beach is dangerous, any accident is possible! Former Prime Minister Holt is a bloody precedent!

Finally, the editor takes the new state water safety law as an example, to explain Australia`s "go to sea must wear lifejackets" regulations!

The new state has strict requirements for what kind of lifejackets to wear in each sea area. For more details, please refer to Marine Traffic Code 2016 (https://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/regulations/2016-308.pdf).).

In accordance with the requirements, persons on board are required to wear lifejackets for any means of water transport below 4.8 metres in the following circumstances:

  • Night voyages, alpine waters, or when alone on a ship;
  • Children under the age of 12 must wear lifejackets when carrying water transport of less than 4.8 metres or between 4.8 and 8 metres in open waters;
  • Life jackets must be worn when crossing coastal harbors;
  • When riding a canoe or kayak, you must wear a lifejacket;
  • Lifejackets must be worn on windsurfing and surfing kites (400 metres from the sea or open waters, or across coastlines and at night);
  • On a water slide or skateboard, a drag person must wear a lifejacket;
  • In addition, personal seaplanes, including surfing, must also wear lifejackets under the guidance of the owner of the ship.

If not, light like the Prime Minister will be fined, heavy can be life-threatening! So, everybody, be careful!
