The prime minister also expressed his grievance: "I only rowed 20 meters, do not need to be so serious."
However, knowing that the old man standing in front of him was the current Prime Minister of Australia, the police told him harshly:

The new state has strict requirements for what kind of lifejackets to wear in each sea area. For more details, please refer to Marine Traffic Code 2016 (https://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/regulations/2016-308.pdf).).
In accordance with the requirements, persons on board are required to wear lifejackets for any means of water transport below 4.8 metres in the following circumstances:
- Night voyages, alpine waters, or when alone on a ship;
- Children under the age of 12 must wear lifejackets when carrying water transport of less than 4.8 metres or between 4.8 and 8 metres in open waters;
- Life jackets must be worn when crossing coastal harbors;
- When riding a canoe or kayak, you must wear a lifejacket;
- Lifejackets must be worn on windsurfing and surfing kites (400 metres from the sea or open waters, or across coastlines and at night);
- On a water slide or skateboard, a drag person must wear a lifejacket;
- In addition, personal seaplanes, including surfing, must also wear lifejackets under the guidance of the owner of the ship.
