According to < 9News >, Salim Mehajer is finally back in Australia after he was arrested a few days ago on the Spanish island of Ibiza after he quarrelled with a taxi driver over food spilled into his car.

Video from the media showed the real estate developer handcuffed by Spanish police on the side of the road.

Mehajer tried to explain, but failed.

It is understood that it happened Friday night local time, Mehajer and two friends in a taxi, then began to eat takeout food, accidentally spread ice cream and fries into the car. The driver was angry and there was a fierce quarrel between the two sides.

Mehajer and his friend were taken off the road.

When the driver said Mehajer wanted to kick him from the back seat, he called the police and parked his car on the side of the road and let them off until the police arrived.

The video shows two police officers walking up to them. The communication was civilized at first, but a few moments later a cop got a little excited, and Mehajer tried to explain, pointing to the phone and telling the police what to say to them. But then the three men were searched and arrested and thrown into the police car.

Mehajer arrived at Sydney Airport last night, surrounded by a group of media and many family and friends waiting for him. He said he had not been sent to prison.

He enjoyed being watched by the media.

And he says Trump`s victory in the US election has rekindled his enthusiasm. He will run for Australia`s prime minister 100% and is confident he will win!

Mehajer has been posting photos of his global travels on Instagram, and in one of them he wrote:

"living in the small town of Ibiza continues, and while all the bars and nightclubs of this season are closed, there is the sea, nothing better than the sound of the sea, and the wind and rain with me, and the night is deep."

It was only a few months ago that the media revealed that his insulting wife, Aysha,Aysha, who threatened to alienate him, had moved out of their mansion in the west of Sydney.
