Australian police said a 41-year-old resident of (Alfords Point) in Cape Alfred, Australia, was arrested on Thursday, Australian News Network reported. New Zealand police earlier this year found 190kg of drug in a banana container it shipped from Panama to Auckland.

New Zealand police found drug in five luggage bags from Balboa (Balboa) when it arrived in Auckland in August, Detective Police Department Newman (Paul Newman) said. (Australian Federal Police), the Australian federal police, has been tipped off in an investigation into an organized crime syndicate in Australia.

For New Zealand police, the raids have been appalling. The seizure of 46 kilograms of cocaine in (North Island town), North Island town of (Tauranga), New Zealand, last year was the largest ever seized. In 2016, New Zealand police also intercepted 35 kilograms of drug from a 400kg jewel-studded statue of a horse that arrived from a Mexican flight.

Australian Federal Police (AFP) said the drug seized by New Zealand police was intended to be shipped to Australia, alleging that the man was trying to collect about 57 kilograms of alternative cocaine.

The man turned himself in on Thursday after police raided his home in Cape Alfoz and Willy Park (Wiley Park). On Friday, the man was detained in CBD., Sydney, following his appearance in (Sydney Central Local Court), Sydney`s Central District Court.

Police say they are still investigating other potential recipients.

New Zealand is sometimes used as a transit point for smugglers, not as a final destination. Before a series of mass seizures in recent years, New Zealand officials intercepted an average of about 250g of cocaine per year.
