New state buyers looking for prospective apartments are most likely to be moved by homes with gardens, shelves or gyms, according to a new survey, according to real estate website Realestate.

It is reported that Realestate website is interested in buying prospective home buyers to find out what the characteristics or facilities they most want to have.

The results showed that 28 percent of buyers most wanted enough storage for their homes; 27 percent wanted barbecue areas, gardens or platforms; and 26 percent expected a fully equipped gym.

Jill (Mike Gill), head of research at REA Group, a digital real estate advertising agency, said the current cold-proof program would add features and facilities to make it different. In new state, landscape gardens, swimming pools and gymnasiums are still very popular with buyers.

He pointed out that the new apartment market is a dynamic area, but developers have long targeted investors, and that is now changing. In addition to the "big room for small" preferred luxury apartment projects, first-time buyers have also become the subject of concern.

It is reported that 32% of first-time buyers want to own a gym, 30% want to own a garden, and 26% look forward to swimming pools.

Thirty-six percent of buyers who want to change big properties want to own a pool the most; 27 percent want a 24-hour executive.

Of the "big-room-for-small" buyers, 51 percent preferred storage shelves in the garage; 41 percent were interested in gardens and barbecue spaces; and 28 percent preferred swimming pools in their homes.

For investors, the characteristics or facilities they most want to have are similar to those of "big-room-for-small" people. 29 percent expect to have storage shelves, 28 percent want gardens and barbecue areas, and 24 percent want heated swimming pools.

Jill said it was clear that for many buyers who wanted to buy prospective homes, it was clear that there was plenty of room for housing.
