A chemical leak broke out at a swimming pool in Sydney`s Sydney this morning, and children who inhaled chemicals at the scene have been taken to hospital.
Nine people, including six children, were taken to hospital after the incident.
Several NSW paramedics were called to a swimming pool in Picton`s Argyle Street, where an incorrect chemical mixture is believed to have led to the release of smoke.
Some people also have a rash.
Paramedics have arranged to observe those who already have breathing problems.
As a precaution, the indoor pool will be closed until around 3 p.m., while the outdoor pool, gym and lobby will remain open.
