Let`s start with the abbreviations of several schools in Sydney, which will be used in the following article.

UNSW: University of New South Wales

UTS: Sydney University of Science and Technology

MQ: Macaulay University

TAFE: Taylor College

WSU: University of West Sydney

USYD: University of Sydney

Sydney is the capital of New South Wales, located on the southeast coast of Australia, is a world-famous livable city and tourist destination, the climate is pleasant, the scenery is Yini, the environment is beautiful, the scenery is beautiful, the winter is not cold, the summer is not hot, the sunshine is abundant, the rainfall is abundant, Sydney is the most populous city in Australia.

The scope of Sydney is very large. In a narrow sense, Sydney refers only to the central area of Sydney, that is, four Suburb: Sydney,Haymarket,The Rocks, Dawes Point,Millers Point. with zip code 2000. In a broad sense, Sydney includes 38 boroughs around (LGA, Local Government Area), with a total of more than 800 Suburb, territories with a total of 12367.7 square kilometers (Beijing is 16411 square kilometers under reference), so even native Sydney people can not be very familiar with every region, and their views on some areas are also a matter of different views and wisdom, so we do not have to worry too much about it for reference only.

Sydney is a world-famous livable city. For housing, there are not only rich people who spend a lot of money, but also ordinary residents who save money to buy houses. For most Chinese who want to live or invest in this city, buying suitable for themselves is the hard truth. The first step is to throw away the so-called "location, location" concept of buying a house in China. The closer most Australian cities are to the city center, the better the location is. The more expensive the house price is, the smaller the city center in Australia is and the limited number of people living in. Most people live in the surrounding Suburb, areas. Whether the house price is expensive or not, there is no inevitable relationship from the city center. It is mainly determined by the environment, public security, educational and medical resources, transportation, the quality of neighbors and other factors. Some districts look close to City, but the quality of residents is low and the security is not good. That will certainly not be a good area, and house prices will be much lower than those in other areas of the same distance.

Therefore, whether it is to buy or rent a house, be sure to understand this area and the surrounding environment, this site`s "Sydney Suburb ranking" (http://australia51.com/suburbsRating/Sydney/) is a very good tool, each Suburb according to a certain standard to score, the data from Australia Bureau of Statistics and residents comprehensive score, there is a certain reference, the following will also refer to the score of these areas.

Sydney, how do you divide the poor in the rich? Which district should I live in?

There are great differences in public security in different parts of Sydney. Basically, the public security in the rich areas is much better. Traditionally, the North District and the Eastern District are rich areas, whether it is public security, scenery, humanities, shopping and so on, all aspects of the conditions are good, the proportion of Chinese in the Southern District is quite high, and the public security situation is relatively average. The West side was relatively poor, especially in areas inhabited by Middle Eastern people. I remember when I first came to Sydney, my friend scared me and said, be careful to park there and the wheels will be torn down when you come back to Sydney. Of course, it`s an exaggerated joke. I`ve been there a few times and I haven`t found it. But in any case, the Middle Eastern region is still relatively chaotic, so although rental housing there is cheap, but the proportion of Chinese is not high.

Today, let`s take a look at some areas of Sydney.

Several SUBURB around City introduce:

City`s five Suburb said together, Sydney is the most prosperous place, tall buildings, due to the scarcity of land, there is basically no large area of House, main functions are mainly concentrated in high-rise apartments and hotel apartments, aimed at short-term travel, business people and foreign students. Near City and Chinatown are areas where USYD,UTS,UNSW,TAFE and other Australian University Sydney students live. Shopping and transportation here is very convenient, we can walk to school, at the same time, there are many opportunities to work.

With regard to public security, because of the gathering of a large number of people, that is, to a certain extent, sense of security will be brought to people (think of which sense of security is in Wanda Square, which is crowded with no one), but it will also bring crime rates, usually the fewer people, the fewer crimes, so let me personally, the overall City is still a safer place. But remember not to wander around the street near the bar at night, and don`t walk alone in an empty alley.

If you want to buy a house to invest, consider City`s apartment, where the return on investment is very stable and the return on investment is relatively high. At present, there are mainly the following Suburb in the nearby area (see figure below, which has been marked with numbers):

Ultimo 2007 (8.9 points)

Pyrmont 2009 (9.2 points)

Glebe 2037 (9.2 points)

Redfern 2016 (9.1 points)

Newtown 2042 (9.3 points)

The location is excellent, just walk to school from UTS,USYD,TAFE and so on. These areas are very close to Central Station (central Station), Chinatown (Chinatown), Darling Harbour (Darling Port and so on. As far as public security is concerned, in addition to the fact that Redfern is an aboriginal settlement and has a poor reputation for public security, other areas can also work, travel, shop and entertain conveniently and quickly, which is the first choice for single-student students who go out. Pyrmont near Darling Harbour (Darling Port), Fish Market (Fish Market), The Star (starlight City) and so on. But going to school may take a long walk by BUS,.

Several SUBURB in the eastern part of Sydney introduce:

The eastern part of Sydney is actually divided into two parts, some of which are by the sea, for example (the figure below has been shown in numbers):

Bondi 2026(9.2 minutes)

Double Bay 2028 (9.1 points)

Rose Bay 2029 (9.2 points)

There is no doubt that these are rich areas, and in the same area, house, which relies on water and sea, is millions more expensive than those who do not rely on water and sea under similar other conditions. Renting is a good choice for people who don`t have the conditions to buy a house there but want to fit in with those districts. The eastern part of Sydney, compared with other areas, has a smaller area, with beautiful scenery and convenient travel by the sea. It is a prosperous place for quiet, and the population there is relatively stable, the security is very good, and people are willing to live there, so the house price is the highest. The rest also belongs to the East side, such as those near the racecourse.

4. Kensington 2033 (9.1 points)

5. Randwick 2031 (9.7 points)

6. Kingsford 2032 (9.0)

      7. Moore Park 2021

8. Rosebery 2018 (8.8)

9. Zetland 2017 (9.0)

Although these areas are not by the sea, they are also more famous established areas. These areas are convenient for traffic, shopping supermarkets, restaurants and bars, where the famous UNSW (University of New South Wales) is located.

Several SUBURB in the northern part of Sydney introduce:

North Sydney has always been known as a Chinese rich area. The famous Mosman (2088) is located in the North District facing Sydney Harbour, which is of course not an official statistics and survey. According to the government Common Association in the North District of Sydney, more than half of the local population is English and Australian, followed by China and Ireland, Scotland, Italy and so on. According to the data of resident work industry, the proportion of (Health Care) of professional and high-tech (Professional), medical practitioners is significantly higher than that of Greater Sydney, and these two industries also have the highest average income. The age composition of the North District is dominated by mature families. As North Sydney relies on the beautiful Gulf of Sydney, most rich people have a crush on it. There are many good schools along the Northshore line, in addition to the environment and humanities are better than other, North Sydney is also on the north line, there are many job opportunities, especially IT. Fresh streets, seductive sea views and good security are all high quality living standards in this area.

Introduction to the end point:

North Sydney 2055 (9.3 points)

Chatswood 2057 (9.4 points)

Lindfield 2070 (9.2 points)

Killara 2071(9.1 points)

Sydney North District strong high-quality employment, radiation to the north of the vast area, to ensure the prosperity of the North District. The crime rate in the northern part of Sydney is the lowest in Greater Sydney, and it is a rare pure land in the Greater Sydney area.

Sydney, how do you divide the poor in the rich? Which district should I live in?

Introduction to several SUBURB in Northwest Sydney:

The northwest part of Sydney (excluding the Inner West) is generally a gathering place for Middle Eastern, Indian, Pakistani, etc. House prices are cheap and the cost of living is very low. Describes the following areas (the figure below has been digitally marked):

Carlingford 2118(9.3 minutes)

Castle Hill 2154

Eastwood 2122 (9.2 points)

Epping 2121 (9.4 points)

Auburn 2144 (9.2 points)

Bankstown 2200 (9.2 points)

Lakemba 2195 (8.8 points)

Merrylands 2160 (9.1 points)

Parramatta 2150 (9.3 points)

Carlingford: has the No. 1 High school (High School in Sydney), and the education-oriented Chinese will not miss it, so the proportion of Chinese in the region is very high. House prices are suitable for first-time buyers, but other public transport is not very convenient.

CastleHill:It is far from City, with beautiful environment and high house price. Now, the proportion of Chinese is relatively small. There are large shopping centers, and the traffic life is convenient. A bus directly drives to Wynyardtrain Station of CBD, with a single trip of about 4560 minutes.

Eastwood: is basically occupied by Asians, and the proportion of Koreans is high. Prices in this area are very cheap, suitable for oriental goods are also very rich, everywhere can be seen in Chinese signs of shops.

Epping: is also a high proportion of Chinese districts, has been opened to the Chatswood train line, traffic will be more convenient than the other two districts, because house prices have been very low, so now there is great potential for appreciation.

Over the years, Auburn,Bankstown,Lakemba,Merrylands: has become a choice area for some Chinese investment houses because of its high Middle Eastern people, Shopping Centre (shopping center, cheap house prices, convenient shopping and convenient transportation. But the relatively poor security in this area is also the main reason for the low house prices in the region.

The center of Parramatta: West Sydney is now the second largest center in Sydney, Australia`s third largest economic district, Sydney`s future sub-center, very prosperous and lively, the proportion of Chinese is also very high. In recent years, with the rise of Western Sydney, it is known as the heart of the three hot spots in the west. Although the economic in this area is very good, the public security has always been not very good, and it is also very close to the areas where security is poor, such as Auburb. Especially in recent years, government in Australia has hosted a lot of refugee, and most of them have been placed near this area, so it can only be said that this area is very lively. If public security can be done well in the next few years, it should be an area with great room for appreciation.

Several SUBURB in Sydney South District introduce:

Sydney`s southern district can be said to be the region with the largest proportion of Chinese. Compared with the northern part of Sydney`s eastern district, the prices in the southern district are much cheaper, and the public security is much better than that in the western district. In addition, there are many supermarkets opened by Chinese in this area, which can buy the goods that Chinese like to eat. Therefore, the life here is very convenient for the Chinese. It is more attractive for the later Chinese to join. The proportion of the middle class and the blue-collar class in the southern district is higher, that is, there are no shining rich areas, there are no bad areas with poor reputation, and the overall security is good. This paper introduces the following areas:

Hurstville 2220 (9.3 points)

Kogarah 2117(9.0)

Rockdale 2216 (8.9 points)

Oatley 2223 (9.1 points)

Sutherland 2232 (9.0)

Jannali 2226 (8.8)

Hurstville: Sydney Southern District important town, is the entire Australian Chinese highest proportion community, commonly known as small Hong Kong, mainly early Hong Kong, Guangdong and other southern Chinese immigrants gathered here, with the increase in Chinese mainland immigrants, Putonghua has overtaken Cantonese as the first foreign language of Hurstville, this is now also a favorite place for Chinese students to rent, although it is not close to the school. But because there is a main line of rail transit, so the traffic is very convenient. Here rent is cheap, Chinese restaurants, big and small Chinese supermarkets are everywhere, the cost of living is low, the security environment is general. Because of the high proportion of Chinese, Chinese is a common language in Hurstville, so many immigrants with the elderly will also choose here, where the elderly can live in Mandarin.

There are many Kogarah: campuses, there are more than 10 rough calculations, the famous campus is Kogarah Public School,ST.George Girls High and so on. There is also rail transit, downtown or Hurstville shopping, about 10 minutes to reach, house prices are slightly lower than Hurstville, so it has gradually become a favorite area for Chinese. In addition, there is a large public hospital here, which is quieter than Hurstville, so it not only meets the requirements of Chinese to buy life goods, but also meets the relatively quiet and private needs. This area will gradually be accepted by the Chinese, and to a large extent, it should be near Hurstville.

Rockdale: and Kogarah are very similar, this is a coastal community, there are many Sea View Apartments and House, environment is much more beautiful than Hurstville, is now accepted by more and more Chinese, is a cost-effective area.

Oatley: is the second most expensive district in the south because of its dependence on water and high house prices. Many houses in Linhai have beautiful waterscape, and some of them have their own small wharf. Geographically, it is also close to Hursrtville and surrounded by rail transit, which is the first choice for some Chinese with higher incomes.

Sutherland: under the south of the town, not only reflected in traffic, popularity, facilities and so on. In this area, there are more middle-income families, with large shopping malls, hospitals and so on. Sutherland is one of the best policing districts in Sydney, according to the Sydney Police Department.

JANNALI: Administratively part of Sutherland Shire, right next to Sutherland. Will list this area alone, just because I`ve lived in this area. This is a very low presence in Sydney, but I like Suburb very much, it doesn`t In particular I`ve been to a lot of churches in Sydney to learn English, this church is one of the best I feel, not one of them is to say that there are many churches, but there are not many churches, this church is all you have to imagine the shortcomings of the teachers, and if there is a church, free of charge to the foreign teacher English, I have been to Sydney to learn English, this church is one of the best I feel, not one of the church, is not say that there are many churches, this church is all the church has all the disadvantages of you.

Sydney, how do you divide the poor in the rich? Which district should I live in?

The above are some of my personal views, I hope to help you.

南区是传统白人工人阶级区,层次不算高,但个人素质普遍都还不错,治安也很好,Sutherland周边几个区好像是2016年评选悉尼治安最好的区,缺点是离City比较远,做火车也要一个多小时。
