Yesterday, Chinese actor Gao Yunxiang held a third trial in Sydney on suspicion of sexual assault. But the case was adjourned until June after defence lawyers asked the prosecution to provide more surveillance video evidence. Australian media today revealed more details of the case.

According to the Daily Telegraph, during Gao Yunxiang`s new film "Anaya romance" in Australia, He was also charged with sexually assaulting a 36-year-old woman in room 1618, Hotel Shangri La Santa Monica, in Sydney`s rocky district of (The Rocks) in the early hours of March 27, along with producer Wang Jing.

Gao Yunxiang is currently charged with two counts of serious partner sexual assault (Aggravated sexual assault in company), both pleaded not guilty.

Before the incident, Gao Yunxiang, Wang Jing, plaintiff women and crew members participated in "Anaya romance" KIII Qing Gonggong party. Gao Yunxiang and plaintiff and others finished their meal at Shui Jing Fang Restaurant in Sydney`s Chinatown and then went to the Gala KTV Club in (Bathurst Street), Bathurst Street, Sydney, to drink and sing.

It is understood that plaintiff women for the drama group work, before the incident with Gao Yunxiang little contact.

In yesterday`s trial, Gao`s lawyers, Richie (Martin Ricci) and Cohen (Warwick Korn), told the court that they had issued subpoenas to the venue where the crew held the party that night, asking for evidence. These include Blue Angel Restaurant, Kobe BBQ Restaurant, Shui Jing Fang Restaurant and Gala KTV..

It is reported that when the case opened last month, the court heard that plaintiff had been seriously bruised, and the police found blood and semen in the hotel room. Gao Yunxiang`s application for bail was denied in court.
