Whether it`s within 10 kilometers from the center of Sydney or within 30 kilometers away, there are some urban areas that make the money available to the buyers. (This article is all from Domain)

According to Domain, in Sydney, the closer you get to the center of the city and the coastline, the higher the, real estate premium, and the farther away it is, the more likely buyers are to find affordable real estate.

Although the city can offer the cheapest house in the city, the commute time to the CBD is the longest. In fact, no matter within 10 kilometers from the center of the city, or the property outside 30 kilometers, there are some urban areas that can make the money spent by the buyer.

Within 10 km from the CBD:

The Domain data shows that the buyer wants to buy real estate within the range, and the city is the best choice for the west and the south-east.

Among them, Botany is the most affordable urban area for independent housing prices. In the year up to March, the median price of the city fell by 16 per cent to around $1.2 million. The remaining better selection areas are Erskineeville, Petersham, Leichhardt and Marrickville.

In the area of the apartment, Hillsdale is the most affordable, with a median value of $61.75 million in the city. The second is Newtown, with a median price of $650,000. Followed by Ashfield, Arncliffe and Canterbury.

The cheapest option in the apartment was Lakeba, with a median price of $40.9 million. Followed by Punchowl and Wiley Park.

There are industrial areas in or around these urban areas so that the demand for buyers is lower than other urban areas in a similar distance, so the prices are more affordable.
