Last Saturday morning, hundreds of people gathered in front of the Capitol in Canberra to do one thing-

Get out! Grass! Flat!

The rolling method is all sorts of oddball-

There`s a single roll.

Double roll

Get the whole family out of here.

And take the dog alone.

All kinds of fancy rolling methods ~

But to say that this is a good big lawn, why did it attract millions of people to get out of the way?

Actually, it`s because this huge lawn won`t be able to roll out in the future.

For security reasons, the lawn next to Canberra`s Capitol will no longer be open to the public after the holiday, and will even be fenced around.

This also means that this long-standing lawn rolling activity will no longer exist.

So on Saturday morning, hundreds of "Protesters" chose to express their dissatisfaction with the decision in this particular way _

Before the lawn is officially closed to the visitors, offer the last roll!

Canberra citizens, who took part in the lawn roll, said they would seize the last opportunity with their families anyway.

"after this weekend, my grandchildren will no longer have a chance to roll on this lawn."

And the organizer of the lawn roll was the bachelor who rolled the lawn alone in front of him-Lester Yao., an Asian-American from Canberra

He organized the event on Facebook, but did not expect to attract so many people.

He thought it was more fun than protest.

"I`m glad to see that this place is full of laughter."

"this activity has nothing to do with politics, it`s just that one person wants to roll down the hill."

But while the atmosphere was still relaxed, the people who came to the event expressed their discontent and anger at the fence around the lawn.

One protester said: "our country is one of the few people in the world who can walk up to the parliament building and `stand` above these politicians."

"but it is a pity that we are going to lose this opportunity."

The parliament building was designed by Romaldo `Aldo` Giurgola, who died this year, designed to give Australians the chance to truly stand above politicians.

"it can`t be built on top of the hill because it means that goverment is above the people." He said before he died.

"it should be built according to the mountains, symbolizing that Australian democracy is built on the basis of the whole country."
