Democratic Transition Framework in Venezuela
The 1. National parliament (National Assembly) returned to the Supreme Court of parliament ;(Supreme Court) to set aside the contempt award and restore all authority, of the National Convention, including the immunity of the National Assembly; and dissolve the National Constituent Assembly (National Constituent Assembly). The United States lifted sanctions against members of the National Constituent Assembly for their membership in the organization.
2. All political prisoners were immediately released.
3. all foreign security forces withdraw immediately unless authorized by three quarters of the national parliament.
The new National Electoral Commission (National Electoral Council) and Supreme Court members 4. the National parliament elections can be accepted by all parties or parties that make up at least 25 per cent of the national parliament membership.
