According to the Australian News Network and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation reported, October 27, 7 members of the dual nationality case sentenced. The Supreme Court ruled that Deputy Prime Minister Joyce (Barnaby Joyce) was disqualified, resulting in Tembo (Malcolm Turnbull) goverment losing a single-seat parliamentary majority.

In addition, National Party senators Nash (Fiona Nash), one-State Party senators Roberts (Malcolm Roberts), former Green Party senators Waters (Larissa Waters) and Ludland (Scott Ludlam) were also found disqualified members of Parliament. Independent Senator Shanofeng (Nick Xenophon) and Liberal Senator Kanavan (Matt Canavan) were found not to have violated the rules.

Australia`s constitution stipulates that persons of dual nationality are not allowed to serve as members of Parliament. In August this year, Green Party Senator Ludland found himself holding dual Australian and New Zealand nationality and announced his resignation, sparking a dispute over the Senate nationality investigation. Joyce and four other FNP lawmakers were not unconstitutional because they had no knowledge of their acquisition of foreign nationality and were first announced when they were informed.

After the verdict, Joyce described it as "an important day," and said: "I promise I will not `drink my sorrows`." Joyce said he was "naturally cautious" and "prepared for the outcome." "I will not stand here dumbfounded," he said. I`ve always expected this to be a fierce battle. "

The verdict came after Joyce was seen signing the ministerial papers excitedly in the last session of the parliamentary inquiry. There is a view that this represents Joyce`s confidence in winning, or "trying to get his job organized".

Joyce`s New England (New England) constituency is due to hold by-elections on December 2, and Joyce is expected to return to parliament. Until the results of the by-election are announced, the leadership of the National Congress will be temporarily replaced by Senator Scalia (Nigel Scullion), Secretary of State for Aboriginal Affairs.

Tan Baoyuan, the prime minister, is scheduled to visit Israel this weekend, with Joyce acting as prime minister. According to the current situation, the acting prime minister may need to be foreign minister, (Julie Bishop) or Scaron, but Tembo is also likely to cancel foreign visits because of the governing crisis.

Professor Thumi (Anne Twomey), a constitutional expert, told Sky News that people deserved due diligence, but that "Joyce did not."

In addition, the vacant post of National Party Senator Nash may be replaced by Hughes (Hollie Hughes), a Liberal Party member with the second highest number of votes in the constituency, but if the National Party insists that it needs to be filled by a National Party member, it will need Hughes to announce his resignation after taking over the post. Triggers a casual vacancy. Hughes is currently holding public office in an administrative appeals tribunal and is therefore not eligible to serve as a member of parliament for the time being.

One-nation Senator Robert Roberts will be replaced by Kunzhou`s second-highest-voted member, Ann (Fraser Anning). Ann was in bankruptcy and would be disqualified if he lost; the charges were subsequently dropped.

As Waters and Ludland have already resigned, the election commission (Electoral Commission) will recount the vote to decide who to take over. Waters should be replaced by Queensland`s second-highest vote, Bartlett (Andrew Bartlett), and Ludland should be replaced by Western Australia`s second-highest-vote youth activist, Jordan Steele-John. But Waters has said he will return to parliament at a certain time because "there is no career and I hope to continue."

Shenofeng has announced his resignation before sentencing, saying he will concentrate on the campaign for state councilors. Members of the shenofeng faction of the federal parliament will need to elect a new leader.
