Adrian Abook and David Diamantopolo, an intermediary with Devine Real Estate, a realstate brokerage firm, have just sold the apartment for$802,000.
``It`s the third time I met a monster contract, and it`s the longest share, `` Mr. Abrubrook said.
The staggering number of pages of the contract stems from the fact that the land title document includes a clause covering substation leases with Australian Grid Ausgrid. Abrooke revealed that about 3 to 4 contracts are related to it.
The flat layout of the apartment is very unique, the bedroom is on the first floor, and the living room is on the other floor.
