According to the Australian Financial Review, after three years of the city parliament process, Sydney Chinese developer Yuhu Group (Yuhu Group) was finally allowed to push ahead with its A $277 million (Eastwood Shopping Centre) renovation plan.

After a few rounds of the development application, the Sydney North Planning special group approved the project last week. The application is proposed to cover new apartment blocks over the Est live mall at Rowe Street and Ruta Street. The mall is an old-fashioned building, but the passenger flow is like a cloud.

Yuhu Group, founded by Huang Xiangmo, a Chinese businessman, will now be able to overhaul the mall, bringing in 11449 square meters of fresh retail space, as well as another 3629 square meters of commercial space for gyms, offices, medical centers and 409 new apartments.

The main retail area will be called the Market Hall.

In addition, Yuhu Group will build 4 floors to accommodate a 1035 car underground parking lot.

These apartments range from one bedroom to three bedrooms. They will be located in apartment buildings ranging from 6 to 13 stories.

According to the initial plan, the project is likely to begin in 2023. Like many other municipal reconstruction projects, the project is being redeveloped to rejuvenate the shopping mall, which is the main business district of Isher.

The project is designed by HDR Rice Daubney and includes an aerial garden, some public leisure spaces and multiple rooftop gardens.

Yuhu is also building an apartment project at (One Circular Quay) Hotel No. 1 in Sydney in CBD, Sydney. The group took over the property from Dalian Wanda (Dalian Wanda) early last year.

Wanda sold the ownership of the site and the development of the Gold Coast Jewelry three Tower (Jewel) Hotel apartment to Yuhu Group.
