Introduction of Parramatta

Located in the west side of Sydney, Parramatta is Sydney's second-largest commercial town, is also the planned Sydney sub-center, the country's sixth-largest business center, commercial buildings, and a number of government departments have established headquarters or offices in the area. Government is keen to further develop Parramatta, and inject huge sums of money into construction, including replanning the city centre of Bharamata and building a new light rail network.

Parramatta is already the transport hub in Sydney's west side, with the bus stop next to train and the ferry wharf in the area. In addition, the area has the country's fourth-largest shopping center, Westfield Parramatta, and "eating Street" is within reach. As nearly 40 percent of the region's population is Chinese and Indian, there are many Asian stores. Parramatta, as a business town, has created many jobs, plus one of the campuses of the University of West Sydney, (Western Sydney University), is located in the district, adjacent to Westmead, which is known as the "hospital area" and many young professionals. Health care workers and international students choose to live here in order to facilitate work or school, which brings a number of potential tenants and thus attracts property investors.
