You can experience the magical and breathtaking continent of Antartica through this multimedia journey. Interact in several of the labs, from "feeling the freeze" of actually being in Antartica to hearing the sounds of wildlife in the Sound Lab and learning about the Antarctic research centre. Fully immerse yourself in the visual spectacle and watch as the seals, penguins and other wildlife come to life around you!

The Antarctic Journey closes approximately 2 hours before sunset each day; the Nobbies Centre itself closes approximately 1 hour before sunset each day to protect the native wildlife. See below for approximate opening hours.

How To Get There:

• Bus: You can take a bus which operates from Melbourne to Phillip Island from Monday through Friday (website)
  

• V-Line bus: Operates from Melbourne Southern Cross bus station to the Phillip Island (the bus does not go direct to the Nobbies Centre)

• By car: Take the M1 to Cranbourne and exit onto the South Gippsland Highway, take the A240 then B420, cross the bridge

• Follow the signs - the Nobbies Centre is located 5 minutes drive beyond the Penguin Parade
