What's the dress code?
We recommend wearing long pants and closed shoes however, we provide snow capes, gloves and Ugg boots (where required). You'll feel the chill no matter what you wear, however the more clothes you wear, the longer you'll last!

No worries! If you think you might be late, give us a heads up and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How does it work?
Whether you pre-pay online, or pay at the door, once you've chosen your entry package, we'll get you wrapped up in a snow cape, glove and boots (where necessary) before sending you into the IceBar. Once inside you can check out our ever changing display of hand carved ice sculptures, take some memorable photos and enjoy a drink!
How long do we stay in there?
There is no time limit for your visit, you can stay as long as you like! On average, guests feel most comfortable for around 30 minutes or so, but if you need to pop out and have a warm coffee before heading back in, that's fine with us.
Are kids allowed in the Ice Bar?
