Out in the splendor of Barossa Valley, full of some of the highest standard of vineyards and winemaking, the master winemakers in the Cellar Door will help you learn about the nuances of taste and blending wine. Learn about the bouquet, the smell, and how to blend your own personal wine taste. Equipped with the use of the laboratory, as well as Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre (or Mataro) wines, just like Penfolds own Bin 138, you’ll be able to craft your very own taste in wine, and then have it bottled to be brought home. It’s an enchanting experience in wine and winemaking that you can take home with you to enjoy for days to come.
