Introduction

Adelaide Town Hall is located north of (Victoria Square), (King William Street), Victoria Square, King William Street, in the heart of Adelaide, South Australia.

Designed by Edmund White and Edward Woods, the Adelaide Town Hall is a Victorian building that was built in 1863 as the South Australia venue for the founding Congress of the Commonwealth of Australia, held on August 1, 1895. It is worth mentioning that a large number of women have been admitted to the meeting for the first time. Adelaide Town Hall also holds concerts in addition to being the seat of the Adelaide City Council.
