Big Crocodile is located in the northeast of Western Australia in the east of (East Kimberley Region), the town of Wyndham, along the Greater North Highway (Great Northern Hwy) from west to east into Wyndham, can be seen in the roadside green.
The prototype of Big Crocodile is a saltwater alligator. The statue is made of concrete and is about 20 meters long and 3 meters high. Visitors to Wyndham tend to climb the huge crocodile and take pictures of the interesting photo. It also reminds tourists to pay attention to the crocodile's threat when swimming in the wild in the East Kimberley area.
Big Crocodile's design is based on a crocodile photo and uses computer technology to plan crocodile shapes. Students at (Halls Creek) higher Technical Education School in Hollsclik were involved in assisting in the design and construction of the sculpture.
