Introduction

The Tenterfield Railway Station Museum is located in the small town of Tenterfield., inland in northeast New South Wales.

Tenterfield Station (Tenterfield Railway Station), founded in 1886, is the last station to be built on the Sydney-Brisbane railway line. For more than a hundred years, the Tenterfield train station has set a glorious record: (XPT), the express passenger train of the past, has docked at the station from all kinds of trains of the past to today's express passenger trains.

Today, many of the existing railway facilities are still in operation, allowing the station to be transformed into a railway museum for visitors to enjoy the well-preserved railway relics of all kinds. Guided by tour guides, visitors can travel through the various rooms of the station and enjoy various exhibitions. Enthusiastic volunteers will introduce the exciting development period of the railway to visitors, intoxicating them in Australia's long railway history.

In addition, at 8 am on the first Saturday of February, April, June, August, October and December, the carpark fair outside the museum opens.
