Introduction

Mount Conner is located in the southern part of the Northern Territory, in the middle of Alice Springs (Alice Springs) and Uru-Catachuta National Park (Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park), about 375km by car from Alice Springs and 140km from Uluru (Uluru).

Mount Conner, also known as Attila (Attila) or Atra (Artilla), a horseshoe-shaped platform range, is 859m above sea level, about 300m above ground level, with a very flat top and is believed to share underground strata with the famous Ururu. It looked somewhat similar from a distance to Ururu, as you could see from Alice Springs to Uluru.

Mount Conner, the sacred mountain of the indigenous peoples of the Northern Territory, is also owned by the aborigines and is currently closed to tourists, but is spectacular from a distance.
