Lobster Shack is on the southwest coast of Western Australia, the northern gateway town of Cervantes in Nambung National Park.
Cervantes is famous for producing high - quality lobsters, many of which are exported to China. Lobster Shack is the largest Lobster Shack in Western Australia, and its factory is owned by the Thompson family.
Visitors will start with a video showing how the fishermen fished lobsters from the sea and sent to shore, then go inside Lobster Shake and stand in the aisle above the operating room to see the workers treating, sorting, packing, and transporting the lobsters, which are classified as large and small.
