Introduction

Springwood Conservation Park is located in Springwood (Springwood), on the southeast outskirts of Brisbane, Queensland, about 20 kilometers from downtown Brisbane, covering an area of about 35 hectares.

Springwood Conservation Park was once a quarry. As the quarry of the quarry industry has fallen, it becomes the best place to keep away from the city and close to nature. There are a variety of walking routes in the park for tourists, as well as wonderful caves, cliff and canyons that can explore, and occasionally meet cute small animals such as Cora, Kangaroo, negative rats.

The entrance to Springwood Conservation Park is near Jardine Drive, where there is a parking lot, picnic shed and toilet. After entering the park, you can choose one of the two walkways to explore: 570m long Stringybark Lookout track, and 1.45km long Gorge Discovery Circuit.. If you choose a longer trail, visitors will have to walk a steep mountain road known by locals as the "Springwood death staircase (Springwood Stairs of Death)". At the top of the road, the path continues through open eucalyptus forests, through interesting rock formations, crisscrossed canyons and wooden bridges. At the halfway sign, you can choose to join Spur Track (984 meters, which passes through the Springwood viewing platform (Stringybark Lookout), which overlooks the lake, or continues along the exploration trail, which will pass through the lush green space and eventually return to the parking lot.
