Introduction

Nuriootpa, a town in (Barossa Valley), South Australia's most famous wine-producing region, is about 85 kilometers from downtown Adelaide, the capital of South Australia.

Wolf Blass was founded in 1966 by Mr. Wafu, a German immigrants who was a famous winemaker when he was in Germany. At first, Mr. Whefu worked as a sparkling wine manager and technical consultant at the Imperial winery (Kaiser Stuhl) in 1966. Mr. Wafu registered a company called Byaraadyn (Bilyara) and founded Wolf Blass, in Barosa Valley.
