Located at the southernmost tip of (Burleigh Heads Beach), Cape Bethlehem Beach, The Fish House is known for its excellent dining environment and high quality seafood and red wine. It's a "room with a view," but in the face of high-quality seafood, red wine and skilful service from Europe, the diners may be too busy to lift their heads. There are some of the freshest fish and shellfish from Australia, including Tasmanian abalone, grouper from Keynes, live scallop from Victoria and tuna caught locally.
