Introduction

Sirromet Wines is located in (Mount Cotton), on the southeast outskirts of Brisbane, Queensland, about 30 kilometers from downtown Brisbane.

Sirromet Wines, located in Granite Belt, has won more than 700 famous wine awards at home and abroad since its inception. In recent years, it has won the honorary title of James Halliday, a famous Australian wine critic.

Sirromet Wines was founded on a trip to Victoria by its founder, when Terry Morris (Terry Morris), a prominent Queensland entrepreneur and businessman, traveled to Victoria where he attended a dinner with several friends. When he mentioned that he had tasted the fine wines of Queensland Granatabel, he was satirized by friends in Virginia: "No good wine can be produced by Lanatbeir in Queensland." "this aroused Terry's strong desire to create Sirromet Wines, so he began to choose plots in the Granatabel region, which is ideal for cultivating high-quality grapes with fertile soil, high altitude and cool climate conditions.

Sirromet Wines follows the principle that the wine naturally blooms its own complex flavor and fruit aromas. They believe that high quality wine originates from vines, so the quality and flavor of the wine come from the grapes cultivated in the Lanatabel vineyard. The winery vineyard covers an area of up to 500 hectares and is located at an altitude of 600 × 1500 meters in Granatabel, where the climate is cool and has weathered granite soil, making it ideal for cultivating grape varieties such as Chardonnay (Chardonnay), Cabernet Sauvignon (Cabernet Sauvignon), (Shiraz) and Merlot (Merlot). In recent years, wineries have also successfully cultivated a number of less well-known varieties, including Vioni (Viognier).

Sirromet Wines offers wine and wine sales services, which are open seven days a week, and offers live entertainment on the weekend, Devenshire tea and cheese panels, and a simple meal from Wednesday to Sunday.

Restaurant Lurleen's, the award-winning restaurant in the winery, has a famous executive chef, Andrew Milosh (Andrew Mirosch), who must not miss the dining experience here. In an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, enjoy mouthwatering modern Australian food, while enjoying the panoramic view of Morton Bay. Lunch is served from Wednesday to Sunday, breakfast is served from Thursday to Saturday and breakfast is served on weekends.

In addition, Sirromet Wines also offers brewery trips and tasting experiences, where guests can learn about a working brewery behind the scenes and observe the winery process in depth. Tour guides have extensive wine industry experience, provide visitors with informative and interesting tours, and end with wine tasting activities. Self-driving and shuttle trips are available from Thursday to Sunday.
