Located in the northeastern Queensland town of Ingham, about 90 hectares, Tyoto Wetlands (Tyto Wetlands) is a unique natural wetland site that is home to more than 230 species of birds in addition to native Australian wildlife such as gerbils. And has countless tropical plants.
Tyoto Wetlands is a well-protected natural environment that includes lagoon, trails and native plants, with a 4-kilometer trail and a specially built viewing platform that allows visitors to view local wildlife. They do not interfere or interfere with their habitat.
Tyoto Wetlands is named after the endangered Tito carved owl (Tyto Capensi), which means a monkey owl in (Hinchinbrook Shire), Hincinbrook, one of the few places in the world where such owls are infested. The owl leave can only be seen at dusk in its grassy habitat.
Tyoto Wetlands's information visitor center, (TYTO Information and Wetlands Centre), is located at the intersection of Cooper Street and Bruce Highway and is the entrance to the Tyoto Wetlands tour.
