Howard Springs Nature Park is located east of Darwin, the capital of the Northern Territory, about 30 kilometers from Darwin and covers an area of about 283 hectares.
Since World War II, Howard Springs Nature Park has been a favorite leisure site for Darwin citizens, providing an important habitat for wildlife with its diverse biological environment, including seasonal rainforests and vast woodlands.
Bring the food blue, find a cool place on the lawn near the big pool, and you can have a picnic with the crested ibis and the agile kangaroo. Walk on a walking path and you will learn about the wide variety of animals and plants here; or follow a short path into the dense rainforest, look at the springs flowing to the big pool, or cool down and enjoy the cool in a beautiful pool; Children, on the other hand, can play in a pool dedicated to children.
