A small town of Millicent Museum on the limestone coast of (Limestone Coast), southeast South Australia.
Millicent Museum is one of the first museums in South Australia to tell the story of the limestone coast, including Aboriginal history, the culture of the limestone coast, and the dangers of the sea. Some fine Mara cars and caravans tell the history of early Millicent settlers and explain how the swamps around the town dry up. The museum has a collection of valuable historical objects, such as a hexagonal piece of cloth on Queen Victoria's dress, an Emu egg football trophy, and a record of the weight of almost all babies born in Millicent. The museum also has a visitor center and a handicraft museum.
