Ocean Beach is located on the southern outskirts of Denmark, a famous vacation town on the south coast of Western Australia, about 5 kilometers from the center of Denmark.
Ocean Beach is located at the entrance to the Wilson Strait (Wilson's Inlet) and is part of the (Ratcliffe Bay) in Ratcliffe Bay. Ocean Beach is a popular destination for beach enthusiasts, vacationers and nature enthusiasts. The original white sand beach and crystal clear blue waters make it a picturesque perfect place, and even if the water is a little cold, it will not reduce its charisma. Take your surfboard and look for a surfing or board surfing place, as well as enjoy swimming in fresh and cool sea water.
The sand dunes around Ocean Beach are bird paradise, a popular bird watching spot, and there are several scenic walks in the area.
From December to April each year, Ocean Beach has regular patrol patrols, and during the summer vacation (mid December to early February) there are lifeguards on duty.
In 1993, four Gray beaked whales were trapped on Ocean Beach, three of them finally returned to the sea, and the other, unfortunately, death.
