Avon Valley National Park is in the outback on the west coast of Western Australia, about 80km from Perth, the capital of Western Australia.
Avon Valley National Park, one of the closest national parks to Perth, is within one hour of driving. The Avon River flows through the National Park, where the annual Rapids raft race: The Avon Desert is held.
