Hervey Bay Historical Village & Museum (Hervey Bay Historical Village & Museum is located in the coastal city of Hervey Bay in southeast Queensland.
Hervey Bay Historical Village & Museum has 20 historic buildings and a collection of more than 8000 historical exhibits from the (Fraser Coast) and Wade Bay (Wide Bay) areas on the Fesha coast, including well-decorated wooden huts (built in 1898). Goodwood Railway Station (Goodwood Railway Station), Dondowan Auditorium (Dundowran Hall), former Tangdowan State School (Dundowran State School), fully equipped blacksmith shop, sugarcane harvester, horse-drawn carriage shed, restored IHC three-horsepower engine, Gasoline-powered washing machines, schools and music rooms, as well as Hervey Bay's former Methodist Church, (Methodist Church), etc.
On a Sunday display (Demonstration,13:00-15:00), volunteers wear an era of clothing and display old-fashioned handicrafts, which makes the small village look limitless. You can watch the blacksmith make horseshoes, or try old wooden lathes for 100 years, you can make your own wooden goblets as a souvenir, you can also turn the corn sheller, or you can join the cable workers. Use a 100-year-old machine to make commemorative ropes free of charge.
