DenMar Estate offers self-contained luxury villas on a 25-acre property in the Hunter Valley. The cellar door only sells wine made from grapes grown on the property, while the café offers delicious homemade food. Situated in the Hermitage Road area of Pokolbin, DenMar Hunter Valley Estate features splendid views of the Brokenback Ranges, with surrounding vineyards and the Barrington Tops and in the distance. Each villa includes an LCD TV, patio with outdoor seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, heating and a log fire are provided. There are numerous restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute drive. DenMar Estate prides itself on being energy efficient and uses water tanks to provide its water supply and to irrigate native trees which can compensate for any greenhouse gas emissions. Guests staying 2 nights or more enjoy a complimentary cheese platter and bottle of wine. Under new management since December 2015, DenMar Estate owners Evelyn and Stewart are upgrading the look and feel of the accommodation, cellar door and café to create a boutique estate. Guests will be able to enjoy staying at a winery and experience the culture, food, wine and beautiful views.
