Private solar heated pool and spa on site and kayak, fishing rod and baby toys/cot can be provided upon request. This house can accommodate up to 17 people and will certainly be the highlight of your trip. Secure parking on site although you don't necessary need a car by staying in this house as it is only a few steps to the white sand and ten minutes walk to Frankston CBD.

It is walking distance to train stations and bus terminals and airport bus (within 10 minutes’ walk).

With one side of the road being sand (long beach) and the other side of the road being creek, Gould Street (#1 street in Frankston) is absolutely unique within the entire Port Phillip Bay.

The place is so close to everything, including Frankston Arts Centre, Frankston Sand Sculpture, Peninsula Aquatic Recreational Centre, Frankston Pier, Peninsula Hot Spring, Gunnamatta Trail Rides, Red Hill Wineries, etc.
