This 3-level, 3-bedroom townhouse, is located close to Eastern Beach, an indoor pool, fitness centre, tennis courts, shops and a golf course. There is a walking track along the edge of the lake to Central Lakes Entrance. Ample parking for a boat and multiple cars with the double lock up garage and driveway is available. Guests staying at The Terrace can prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which has a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator. There are 2 bathrooms and a powder room. 1 bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and the other with just a shower. For your entertainment there is a games room with a billiards table and a large TV. In the living room you will find a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and a CD player. A split-system heater/air-conditioner is included to heat/cool the living areas and there is a washing machine and a clothes line.
